About The Role
TPZ Ventures, a subsidiary of The Possible Zone, is a consumer product incubator where young adult Founding Associates — many of them TPZ alumni — take on the role of co-founders. Over 6+ months, each Founding Associate researches, ideates, develops and launches a new physical product, working in a fast-paced, collaborative sprint to hit $1 million in revenue within 90 days of launch. Along the way, they get hands-on experience in product development, e-commerce, marketing, and operations, guided by a small team of seasoned experts.

Through our consumer product incubator, TPZ Ventures develops and owns a diverse portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands, ranging from household appliances to productivity tools. We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Digital Growth Marketing & E-Commerce to more fully develop and drive the digital marketing strategies and e-commerce performance for our portfolio brands. This role will be key to scaling revenue and optimizing digital experiences across channels.
What You'll Do
Lead Digital Growth Strategy: Develop and execute e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and engagement across all online channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, affiliate) for up to 8 start-up businesses. Cross-Functional Optimization of Paid Media: Work with our ad buying team to assist in strategy of large-scale paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI across platforms, primarily Google, Meta, and TikTok. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data. Creative & Brand Leadership: Work with Creative Director to oversee contracted creation of digital assets (ads, video, display, social, web pages) to ensure they align with brand goals and drive conversions. Team Leadership: Develop and inspire a small, high-performing team of product creators, ensuring collaboration and efficient execution of digital strategies. Analytics & Reporting: Own e-commerce performance metrics and reporting. Regularly review KPIs, analyze campaign results, and adjust strategies to improve ROI and achieve growth objectives. Retention & Loyalty: Develop strategies to increase customer retention, improve lifetime value (LTV), and drive repeat business through CRM and email marketing initiatives.
Who You Are
10+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, including leadership experience. Proven track record of managing substantial paid media budgets and driving DTC e-commerce growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, KPIs, and performance analytics. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams. Data-driven decision-maker with a knack for optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives. Experience with an entrepreneurial venture or start-up strongly preferred Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Ability to pivot or innovate when necessary Alignment with our mission and demonstrated commitment to core competencies (Leadership, Creativity & Innovation, Collaboration, Communication, Problem Solving, Continuous Learning) A commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all activities (see Statement below)
Compensation & Benefits
Annual full-time salary range is $150-175,000; offer will be made commensurate with experience and full/part-time status.
TPZ offers performance-based compensation with merit and bonus potential. Our compensation philosophy is designed with checks and balances to ensure pay equity and to fairly recognize and reward employees' contributions.

COVID Vaccination Policy
The Possible Zone is requiring that all employees receive a primary series of COVID-19 vaccination as well as a booster dose. Being fully vaccinated means that an individual is at least two weeks past their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine regimen, and receives a booster dose when eligible. In order to be qualified for employment at The Possible Zone, final candidates must comply with the vaccination requirement or receive an approved exemption.
