Overview Head of Enterprise Architecture at CohnReznick . This role leads the strategic and operational aspects of enterprise-wide technology architecture, driving digital transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities. It requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. CohnReznick is hybrid and remote-friendly; duties may be performed remotely with occasional in-person presence for client work, meetings, or trainings as scheduled. Responsibilities Define and execute the enterprise architecture strategy, aligning with business goals and digital transformation initiatives. Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance processes. Establish and chair the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and facilitate architectural decision-making and compliance. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and their potential business impact. Partner with C-level executives to shape technology strategy and roadmaps. Provide hands-on architectural leadership in cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise integration. Design and oversee complex enterprise-wide solutions; guide API strategies and integration patterns. Lead modernization of legacy systems and migration to cloud platforms. Establish data architecture standards and governance frameworks; develop automation strategies. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing EA team; facilitate cross-functional collaboration and architecture communities of practice. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred. 15+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership roles; 8+ years in enterprise architecture. Proven hands-on expertise in: Enterprise data architecture design and implementation Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance Data integration and ETL/ELT AI/ML model development and deployment; MLOps Data privacy and security frameworks Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience implementing and scaling AI/ML solutions in production; strong data governance knowledge. Strong knowledge of modern data stack and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). Experience with modern software development methodologies; strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Leadership, Process & Soft Skills Proven ability to establish and run an Architecture Review Board; governance frameworks and standards. Change management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to work with C-level executives. Team building, mentoring, and collaboration across business and technology teams. Compensation, Location & Equal Opportunity In Maryland, the salary range for a Head of Enterprise Architecture is $220,000 to $303,000 . Salary is part of the Total Rewards package, which includes discretionary performance bonus, generous PTO, inclusive parental benefits, and access to learning and development platforms.
