What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive sales growth through effective leadership and execution of regional Enterprise programs
Oversee the expansion of the employer's existing enterprise footprint
Develop and refine the Americas Enterprise strategy, guiding investment decisions across teams
Lead a senior team of Regional Sales Directors and their Enterprise Account Executives
Engage with strategic opportunities and maintain executive relationships to win new customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
15+ years of people management experience, including managing managers
Experience leading Enterprise Sales organizations in a high-growth technology environment
Proven ability to build high-caliber teams across multiple regions
Strong capability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team
Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
Background in enterprise sales, partnerships, and/or business development
Experience in the payments industry, card issuing, or financial services
