What You Will Be Doing

• Take command of a crucial launch domain — whether it’s mastering regulatory frameworks, orchestrating seamless onboarding systems, or steering financial operations across our expanding network
• Drive decisions with complete autonomy and accountability — no committees, no bureaucracy, just pure execution
• Pioneer innovative operational frameworks and validate them in real-world conditions
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founders and key stakeholders to build robust infrastructure
• Leverage cutting-edge AI solutions to create efficient, scalable processes

Head Of Facilities Key Responsibilities

As a key operational leader, you\'ll drive and deliver one fundamental pillar of 2HL\'s ambitious national expansion. While we\'ll align you with the domain that best matches your expertise, you\'ll have complete ownership and autonomy in your sphere of influence. Your mission: execute rapidly, efficiently, and at scale to enable our revolutionary educational model.

Basic Requirements

We\'re seeking exceptional talent across multiple operational verticals. Success in this role demands rapid execution, crystal-clear thinking, and unwavering drive.

• Minimum 3-year tenure at an MBB consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG), with a proven ability to translate strategy into action
• Demonstrated success managing complex operations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Exceptional expertise in at least one of: regulatory compliance, systems implementation, or large-scale financial operations
• Self-driven problem solver with a bias for action and autonomous execution
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to optimize operations

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
