We are seeking a seasoned GTM Recruiting Leader to scale our US based recruiting team in support of our global Go-To-Market organization. This is a highly visible and strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Kelsey Biggs, and partnering closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Shane Evans, and Revenue stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring strategy, execution, and excellence across a distributed team of ~15 recruiters and managers. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, fostering operational rigor, and building inclusive hiring practices at scale. WHY JOIN GONG? RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Talent Partnership Serve as the primary point of contact for the CRO and US GTM executive leadership, deeply aligning recruiting initiatives with business goals and revenue priorities. Partner with senior leaders to proactively forecast hiring needs, optimize headcount planning, and align recruiting strategy with GTM growth trajectories. Deliver market and competitor intelligence to guide talent decisions. Work closely with DEI leaders to embed inclusive hiring strategies into every stage of the recruitment funnel. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of ~15 recruiters and managers across the US, ensuring consistency in process, performance, and culture. Build scalable team structures that support global expansion and organizational agility. Foster a collaborative and results driven recruiting culture. Operational Excellence Introduce and refine best-in-class recruiting processes, workflows, and tools to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience. Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, diversity ratios, etc.) to inform continuous improvement and reporting. Partner with People Ops and Finance on headcount management, hiring plans, and workforce allocation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with the broader People Team on company wide talent initiatives, change management, and strategic planning efforts. Ensure seamless alignment with onboarding, enablement, and internal mobility programs. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5+ years in people management with increasing scope and complexity. Proven success leading high-volume and executive hiring across GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, CS, etc.). Track record of building and scaling recruiting teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments—preferably in the tech sector. Deep operational acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting. Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business. Passion for building exceptional teams, improving candidate experience, and leveraging technology to drive recruiting performance. Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and people analytics platforms strongly preferred. *Currently located or willing to relocate to one of our office hubs: Austin, NYC, SF or SLC. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
