Youlify is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and execute high-impact event-driven and demand-generating campaigns, reporting directly to the founders, with the mandate to build and scale the marketing team from the ground up. Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and build our marketing function from the ground up. This role reports directly to the founders and offers a rare opportunity to architect and execute marketing strategy while personally driving execution. You won’t inherit a team—you’ll be the team from day one. You’ll own everything from event logistics and sponsorship negotiation to campaign content and sales enablement. As the company scales, you’ll hire and grow a world-class marketing team, but success in this role requires someone who loves doing the work as much as leading it. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You’ll be supported by a GTM engineer to help operationalize campaigns and data tracking. What You’ll Do Event Marketing & Field Execution (60%) Run trade shows and conferences end-to-end, including: Sourcing and evaluating conference opportunities Developing and executing sponsorship strategies Negotiating sponsorship packages and contracts Designing booth experiences and field marketing activations Organizing and hosting VIP experiences and executive dinners Driving coordinated pre- and post-event campaigns Build and lead Youlify’s physical presence in the market—create memorable, effective brand moments that drive pipeline and trust. Demand-Generating Marketing (15%) Design and launch scrappy, high-impact campaigns that generate interest and qualified leads. Leverage your GTM engineer support to track, test, and iterate on campaign performance. Experiment with outbound content, webinars, and organic growth levers to expand reach. Sales Collaboration (15%) Work closely with Sales to build collateral, pitch decks, enablements, and outbound sequences. Tailor campaign content to support high-priority accounts and create compelling touchpoints across the buyer journey. Product Marketing (10%) Own messaging, personas, and value prop refinement in partnership with the Product team. Translate complex AI capabilities into customer-centric narratives. Support launch planning and packaging for new features and services. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with proven success owning conferences and trade shows end-to-end. Strong background in field marketing and event strategy, especially in SaaS, healthtech, or AI. Hands-on execution: You’ve built the booth, negotiated the sponsorship, and run the follow-up campaigns—yourself. Comfortable operating independently and wearing many hats, with a strong bias toward action and ownership. Ability to hire and lead a team as we scale, but willing and eager to do the work yourself today. Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator, especially with Sales and Product.
