About the role We are hiring our first non-technical leader — a Head of Marketing/Growth — to own the go-to-market strategy and directly unlock new deals. This hire will design and run specialty-specific campaigns, create sales enablement content that accelerates trust, and build repeatable demand generation programs that keep the pipeline full. Beyond campaigns, this leader will act as a true right-hand to the CEO, sitting at the co-CEO level of involvement and influencing how we position ourselves in a conservative, high-stakes market.
This is a high-ownership role where scrappiness is a must: the company is prepared to invest in big marketing bets ($30K+) if the ROI is clear, and we expect this leader to know how to test, scale, and iterate with speed.
Work setup: flexible hybrid (Menlo Park HQ, 3 in-office days preferred but remote possible).
Responsibilities Design and execute go-to-market strategy for healthcare-focused campaigns.
Build and manage specialty-specific marketing campaigns (e.g., pediatrics, OB/GYN, rheumatology, dentistry).
Create sales enablement content (case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers) to accelerate trust and close rates.
Develop repeatable demand generation programs to maintain a healthy pipeline.
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to position the company in a conservative, high-stakes market.
Requirements 5–10 years of experience in healthcare sales, consulting, or go-to-market roles, preferably focused on private outpatient clinics.
Proven ability to generate pipeline and directly contribute to revenue growth.
Experience building and executing specialty-specific marketing campaigns (e.g., pediatrics, OB/GYN, rheumatology, dentistry).
Ability to produce core sales enablement materials such as case studies, pitch decks, and one-pagers that accelerate trust and close rates.

Salary: $150,000 — $250,000
Equity: 0.5% — 1%
