This is a true player-coach role, responsible for building and executing a high-performance global partner strategy with a strong emphasis on Tier 2 partners , while also supporting and scaling strategic Big 4 alliances . The ideal candidate will have deep experience in co-sell, reseller, and managed services models , a clear vision for scalable partner engagement, and a passion for delivering measurable impact. You will lead a global partnerships team, drive pipeline generation, and be accountable for delivering ARR through a diverse partner ecosystem . Key Responsibilities Own and scale the global partner strategy, with a core focus on Tier 2 partner-driven ARR growth. Support and expand existing Big 4 and strategic technology alliances. Establish a repeatable approach to partner engagement across co-sell, reseller, and services motions. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across North America, UK&I, and Australia. Implement partner enablement, tooling, and systems to support performance and accountability. Lead and mentor a growing global partnerships team with a high-performance, target-driven culture. Act as executive sponsor for key partner relationships and strategic initiatives. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success for cohesive execution. Develop reseller channel strategy aligned with enterprise co-sell growth plans. Establish pipeline governance, forecasting processes, and performance metrics. Collaborate with Marketing to activate integrated partner campaigns and improve visibility. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading a global partnerships function in a high-growth B2B SaaS or software business. Track record of building ecosystems across Tier 2 , reseller, co-sell, and services-led models. Strong commercial acumen with quota-carrying experience and direct revenue responsibility. Ability to navigate strategic alliances with Big 4, hyperscalers, and niche SaaS partners. Experience implementing tools, partner programs, and frameworks to support predictable outcomes. Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder alignment across international markets. A confident leader who builds strong relationships, leads by example, and coaches teams to deliver. Familiarity with finance transformation, SaaS, and AI/data-driven solutions is a plus. You’ll Thrive Here If You...
