What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions
- Utilize critical thinking skills for data collection and complex analysis to identify gaps and develop recommendations
- Summarize information and present findings to various levels of leadership
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to junior project team members
- Deliver tailored solutions to meet each client’s unique healthcare needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and RHIT (or RHIA) and CCS certifications required
- Minimum of 3 years of inpatient coding experience in an acute care hospital
- Strong leadership and management skills aligned with Huron’s core values
- Proficient in ICD-10-CM/PCS and MS-DRG and APR-DRG assignment
- Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays)

- CCDS/CDIP certification
