What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions using proven methodologies - Conduct data collection and complex analysis to identify gaps and risks, developing sustainable recommendations for improvement - Summarize information and present findings to Huron and client leadership at various levels - Supervise junior project team members, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback - Deliver tailored solutions to enhance accessibility and impact across healthcare services

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree required - Minimum of 3 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably in healthcare or consulting - Relevant operations or leadership experience supervising a hospital department or team-based projects - Project leadership experience in a consulting firm focusing on inpatient performance improvement - Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays)
