Responsibilities Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions
Utilize critical thinking skills for data collection and complex analysis to develop actionable recommendations
Summarize and present findings and recommendations to various levels of leadership
Supervise and mentor junior project team members, providing feedback and performance management
Deliver tailored solutions to enhance client engagement and healthcare service accessibility
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably in healthcare or consulting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including charge capture practices
Effective communication and presentation skills for translating technical findings into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications Exposure to SQL preferred
Demonstrated experience working on complex projects in client environments
Basic understanding of clinical charging workflows and billing processes
