About the role
HR Business Partner – Operations / M&A manages employee transition, onboarding, and engagement and coordinates with offshore HR team.
Responsibilities
Partner with sales leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Provide expert HR consultation to management and employees.
Lead talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top sales talent.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Implement organizational development strategies to improve sales team dynamics.
Support change management initiatives within the sales organization.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Sales HR within the Telecom/ISP/Media industry is highly desirable.

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until 10/03/25.
The annual salary for this position is between $105,000 - $164,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
