We are seeking a confident and talented, new business generating, Hybrid Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, build lasting relationships, and present tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most to them. Our work environment is fully remote, offering the freedom to manage your schedule while still receiving hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and daily team collaboration.

  • Starting base pay of $32,000-$42,000 based on experience
  • First-year earnings average $50,000-$70,000

Responsibilities
  • Build referral networks through professional organizations and community involvement
  • Use social media and personal branding to generate interest and attract prospects
  • Provide free home and auto insurance quotes to qualified leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and referral partners
  • Deliver excellent oral and written communication to engage clients effectively

Requirements
  • Prior sales experience is required
  • Insurance experience a plus but not required
  • Strong desire for success with the work ethic to achieve it
  • Commitment to integrity and ethical conduct in every interaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly
