The Hybrid/Remote Social Services Specialist is responsible for the following: Fulfilling responsibilities of paraprofessional supervised visits. Maintaining clear, detailed, and accurate client documentation records. Participating in weekly supervision and overseeing risk management areas. Always demonstrating respect and cultural sensitivity. Maintaining CPR & First Aid Certifications. Engaging and assisting in the family participation in the treatment planning process. Assisting parents in learning and executing skills (basic parenting, homemaking, etc) Timely completion of clear, detailed, and accurate documentation of the following: All Contacts with Clients Monthly Reports Court Reports Treatment Plans
