12 to 18 years' experience with factory devices, sensors and automation Experience of IOT (and IIOT) standards and protocols: Device hardware and software integration using Edge Architectural standards and patterns. Experience in enterprise level MES/MOM software solutions, control systems, and state of the art industrial automation Experience in integrating/acquiring data from PLC interfaces and programs Siemens, Allen Bradley, Client, SiConnect, OSI-PI, etc Experience in configuring and run any SCADA systems: Rockwell Software, Wonderware, Client, Siemens, etc. Experience in creating Plant Performance Modeling and Plant Reference modeling Good understanding of industrial assets, including: Asset Lifecycles, Asset Systems, Asset Components, Asset Service Levels, Asset Degradation, Asset Reliability, and Asset Intervention Prioritization Familiar with Industrial networking technologies, protocols, protection methodologies Good understanding of streaming data analytics, anomaly detection and predictive maintenance of Assets. Good understanding of cloud technologies data ingestion, storage and consumption Understands processes in Discrete Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive manufacturing and can suggest best-practices in Production, Quality, Supply-chain, Track-and-Trace, Maintenance etc Has demonstrated capabilities working with technologies like IIoT, AI, Big-data, Cloud etc to improve end-to-end operations from product development to manufacturing to service Responsibility Leads design efforts related to data acquisition, wrangling, ingestion, pipelines and orchestration in support of analytics and machine learning model development Assesses client system and data architectures, high-level IT and application strategies, and data management practices to develop overarching project system and data context reference diagrams to support project objectives (current and future state) Applies knowledge of sensing technology, edge and gateway computers, servers, network architecture, cloud computing, and software application development to design and implement high-value, client-based digital solutions to improve customer outcomes. Delivers project description, requirements, design, and implementation specifications and plans as well as schedules, and is responsible (along with the team) for completing activities on-time, on-schedule, with agreed-upon quality targets and metrics. Independently handles requirement gathering, creating technical solution architecture, solution document development and can work with teams for solution delivery
