This position assists with data production using ArcGIS Pro, Trimble Inpho, Photoshop, and Global Mapper, while maintaining quality standards and contributing to workflow efficiency. The Analyst is responsible for executing assigned tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting overall project success.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support technicians and contractors Ensure smooth data flow and task execution Conduct rigorous QA/QC on deliverables Train team members on workflows and methodologies Develop process efficiencies and improve methodologies Apply sound judgment in troubleshooting and problem-solving Demonstrate excellent technical writing skills Improve data processing techniques Perform thorough QA/QC and data finalization Automate workflows to enhance efficiency Contribute to innovation through new technologies and methodologies Monitor technical KPIs, including workflow velocity and efficiency

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a technical, professional environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Advanced knowledge of ESRI or vector-based software Knowledge of Python, GDAL, UltraMap and/or Capture One Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
