We are looking for an experienced manager with global trade knowledge and client-facing skills to lead global trade advisory engagements.
Your opportunity
As a Manager in our Global Trade practice, you will use your experience and technical knowledge to bring value to clients and manage risks related to global trade matters. You will proactively develop new client relationships and work with our global trade colleagues to deliver advice that meets client needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
You’ll spend time presenting EY's global trade services to prospective clients, developing new client relationships and advising current clients on global trade advisory needs. You will develop and execute strategies to manage duty costs using free-trade agreements, special programs, and transactional structuring while proactively managing risks, improving international trade compliance, and increasing supply chain effectiveness.

Successful project management with strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering quality work.
Experience supervising a team and developing team members.
To qualify for the role you must have
JD, CPA or a U.S. Customs broker license
Approximately 7 or more years of related experience in industry, a professional services firm, a Fortune 500 company or a major importer/exporter
Deep technical knowledge of global customs, import and export topics (valuation, classification, country of origin, free-trade agreements, export controls, licensing, trade sanctions, etc.)
Travel is likely to be required; percentage depends on location and projects
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in professional services with ability to listen to client needs and develop a value proposition to expand business
Experience with U.S. agencies (CBP, BIS, OFAC, DDTC)
Foreign language capabilities encouraged

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges. The base salary for this job in all US locations is $105,100 to $192,600. In NYC Metro, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento): $126,100 to $218,900. Salaries are determined by education, experience, and geography. Total Rewards includes medical/dental coverage, pension and 401(k).
Hybrid work model requiring in-person collaboration 40-60% of the time.
