What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Leverage unique client data to address business challenges and power innovative tools - Write SQL/Presto/Trino/Spark queries to extract necessary data and utilize data visualization tools like Tableau - Optimize existing queries and dashboards to improve efficiency and build automated checks - Handle incoming support requests to ensure a seamless end-user experience - Experiment with enhancements to internal data tools for improved functionality

What is Required (Qualifications): - 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data storytelling, and presenting insights to stakeholders - 2+ years of experience working with SQL and data visualization tools to query large datasets - Must be available and ready to work directly as an employee of the employer - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority - Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - BA/BS degree - Previous experience working with AI models and a keen interest in learning - Experience in product, data engineering, sales analytics, and/or data science - Familiarity with JIRA or other issue management and support ticket platforms - Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
