Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.

Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle inquiries efficiently and proactively reach out to prospective clients to offer our insurance solutions.

Policy Customization: Evaluate clients' requirements and customize insurance plans to fit their specific needs, ensuring optimal coverage and satisfaction.

Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to offer additional coverage options that enhance clients' insurance portfolios.

Community Engagement: Participate in local events and initiatives to promote the agency's presence and commitment to the Los Ranchos de Abq community.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and new products to provide the best solutions for clients and meet their evolving needs.


Requirements

Licensing: Active New Mexico Property & Casualty License is preferred

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related area is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focused: Strong commitment to satisfying client expectations.

Adaptability: Ability to manage responsibilities in a hybrid remote setting effectively.
