Charles River CFO, Inc. is seeking to add experienced CFO leaders to our database for upcoming client engagements in the Biotech or Life Sciences industry. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a similar field CPA preferred, but not required SEC Reporting, IPO, and SPAC experience highly desirable Progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and solve problems
