Summary / Objective:

We are seeking an organized, quick learner with eCommerce experience to join as a Partnership Specialist. Your role involves creating and nurturing relationships with brand partners, outreach, strategy development, CRM and analytics management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and expansion with our partners. 1-3 years in sales, account management, or startup roles preferred.

Essential functions:

Build and develop referral partner relationships in a competitive marketplace.

Participate in strategic discussions for partner management.

Identify new potential referral partners.

Drive revenue through existing relationships.

Engage actively in the sales process with partners.

Manage the pipeline, track performance, and report KPIs.

Collaborate with teams to foster growth with partners.

Desired experience and skills:

1-3 years in sales, account management, or startup environments.

Self-motivated with adaptability in a fast-paced tech setting.

Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.

Strong relationship management aligned with company values.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, GSuite.

Experience with HubSpot, Trello, Slack.
