As a Key Account Executive, you will manage a curated book of impactful accounts, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. Your role involves building account plans to acquire new customers, expand product adoption, and retain existing spend. Your experience in B2B and enterprise sales, especially with complex organizations and senior leadership, will enable you to provide strategic, tailored solutions.
What You'll Do :
Prospect, discover, and sell ezCater's full suite of products and solutions.
Manage impactful accounts across acquisition, retention, and development, with detailed account plans and effective execution.
Develop and implement account plans to acquire new orderers, expand locations, and increase product adoption and retention.
Own account relationships from start to finish, driving full adoption of ezCater solutions, utilizing product specialists when needed.
Provide weekly reports on pipeline, customer spend, and account insights.
Engage strategically with customers to address procurement and workplace food challenges.
Advise customers on best practices to maximize spend adoption.
Communicate market needs to internal teams, including Product, Technical, and Supply.
Represent ezCater at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Have :
8+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience, selling into complex organizations, especially Fortune 1000 senior leadership.
Proven success managing the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals.
Experience selling to procurement and supply chain roles.
Proficiency with G-Suite, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and other systems.
Experience leading customer meetings, demos, and trainings.
A track record of growing key customer accounts.
The compensation range is $190,000 - $215,000 OTE annually, comprising base salary and variable components. Final offers depend on experience, expertise, and region. Benefits include equity, 401K, health/dental/vision insurance, and more.
