Our client, a firm on the rise led by a NextGen-minded leadership team, seeks a Labor & Employment Partner with 7–10 years of experience advising corporate clients as outside counsel at a mid-sized or large law firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who enjoys helping employers build stronger, more compliant, and people-focused workplaces. The role emphasizes advice and counsel—guiding clients on workplace compliance, employee handbooks and policies, employee relations, internal investigations, and HR best practices. Responsibilities Advise corporate clients as outside counsel on workplace compliance, employee handbooks and policies, employee relations, internal investigations, and HR best practices. Provide practical, business-minded solutions to complex employment issues. Collaborate with business leaders and HR executives as a trusted advisor. Help build and maintain compliant, people-focused workplace environments. Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in labor and employment law, advising corporate clients in a law firm setting. Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Strong professionalism, judgment, and communication skills to engage with senior leaders.
