The role emphasizes advice and counsel—guiding clients on workplace compliance, employee handbooks and policies, employee relations, internal investigations, and HR best practices. Help build and maintain compliant, people-focused workplace environments. Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in labor and employment law, advising corporate clients in a law firm setting. Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Strong professionalism, judgment, and communication skills to engage with senior leaders.
