What you'll do We are looking for an experienced frontend developer focusing on user-facing product development with some full-stack tasks. Our team, originally part of Lexion and recently acquired by Docusign, offers a startup feel with the resources of Docusign. You will focus on leveraging Lexion’s AI to build features for Docusign’s customer base, mainly developing new products and reusable components. This position reports to the Manager, Engineering. Responsibilities Perform development tasks as a key contributor, delivering complex projects Articulate clear engineering strategies, plans, and goals across teams Guide and mentor other engineers Identify and implement process improvements Stay current with frontend best practices and share findings Own components from development to testing and performance tuning Proactively raise issues impacting delivery Lead and research new features and technologies Share and adopt best practices for performance and availability Collaborate with UX and participate in design reviews Job Designation Hybrid: In-office and remote work, minimum 2 days/week in-office, subject to change based on business needs. What you bring Basic Minimum 12 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Experience with full-stack development, preferably in C# or Java Experience working with Designers and Usability Researchers Experience improving large codebases Experience with Git or similar version control Fluency in English Preferred Passion for new technologies Experience in SaaS companies Building React component libraries Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, web workings Independent and team work experience Self-starter attitude Experience with Cloud technologies like Azure, Kubernetes, AWS Focus on high-quality, maintainable code Strong understanding of agile methodologies Wage Transparency Salary ranges vary by location: California: $171,500 - $277,025; Washington & NYC: $164,800 - $242,225.
