We're now looking for a middle - senior level Legal Counsel . This position is a full-time , remote position. Responsibilities: • Assume responsibility for overseeing the legal function of all EcoFlow entities within the US, ensuring alignment with regional laws and regulations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for legal inquiries and issues pertaining to US operations, liaising with internal stakeholders. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Lead contractual negotiations with customers and suppliers, including drafting and review of non-disclosure agreements, rental contracts, tender documentation, service level agreements, warranty documents and performance guarantees, procurement contracts. • You will ensure that contracts provide appropriate protection to EcoFlow in line with global standards. • You will deliver advice in a commercially relevant manner, comprehensible and easy to use, in line with current market norms, and aligned to the commercial aspects of the deal. • Provide legal advice and draft documentation related to labor law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in employment law. • You will promote awareness and provide training and guidance to sales, operations, engineering, HR , admin etc. on relevant legal matters, standard internal documents and policies. • You will ensure the appropriate levels of governance are applied to guarantee legal compliance including ethics, anti-bribery and corruption. • You will monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environments, assessing impact on the business and taking appropriate action. Strong legal search ability. • You will handle disputes with European consumers, distributors which take place in cross-border e-commerce, offline sales, as well as in foreign advertising media, and you will face challenges in warehousing and logistics industries. Qualification: • Minimum 4- 7 years of in-house experience with a multinational corporation of years of experiences. • Demonstrated technical expertise in swiftly analyzing complex legal issues and delivering commercial solutions. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work. • Experience in the services sector or related fields such as renewable energy, with exposure to large suppliers. • Proven ability to work across diverse geographical areas with international experience. • Well-developed commercial awareness, focusing on outcome-driven solutions and pragmatic application of legal principles to support business objectives. • Self-driven with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Positive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, high cultural sensitivity, and empathy. • Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is desirable but not required.
