Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Part Time - Hybrid and Remote

We are urgently seeking licensed clinicians (LCSW's, LPC's, LMFT's) to help meet the needs of our community. Full-time positions are available as well as remote and hybrid work arrangements. All applicants MUST reside in Oregon and have an active Oregon license.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy
Perform mental health assessments
Develop collaborative, comprehensive mental health treatment plans
Complete clinical documentation
Maintain an active caseload
Requirements
Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
Fully registered, licensed, and active in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT
MUST reside in the State of Oregon
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals
Experience with electronic health records and strong computer skills
Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical records
Knowledge of applicable Oregon Administrative Rules and Oregon Revised Statutes
Knowledge of HIPAA and 42-CFR confidentiality requirements
Motivated and driven with the ability to self-start
Skills & Experience
Experience with and/or credentialing in substance use and co-occurring disorders
Diverse clinical experience and comfortability in serving individuals with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience with diverse populations and ranges including but not limited to children, adolescents, and seniors
Experience with couples, group, or family counseling
Compensation
W-2 compensation
