NFG is currently seeking to add an experienced Life Insurance Sales Specialist to our growing team. This position will be responsible for strengthening and growing relationships with existing and potential agents and advisors through methods like e-marketing, warm calls and networking. This position will be located based out of our Midvale, UT, St. Cloud, MN, Dallas, TX or Des Moines, IA office with a hybrid remote schedule (work from home). What you will do: Promote NFG Brokerage and cross sell products to existing and perspective agents and advisors Network with potential agents and advisors to build and strengthen relationships Educate agents and advisors on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their clients’ needs Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed Follow internal processes to achieve team goals and run illustrations for agents and advisors. What you will have: Life and Health Insurance state licensing 2+ years of prior Life Insurance sales experience Knowledge of life insurance products and carriers Prior experience in meeting sales goals Phone-sales experience along with a sales-minded aptitude. Analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication Webinar presentation experience a plus Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $50,000 plus a competitive bonus potential. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
