Mid-Level Litigation Attorney – HYBRID Description
Our client is looking for a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to add to their successful and well-respected law firm in Miami, Florida. The Firm promotes a positive work culture, maintains reasonable billable hours, and allows hybrid flexibility with only one required day in the office per week (Thursdays). In this role, you will join a high-performing Litigation team dedicated to advocating for businesses and supporting their legal needs. The ideal candidate will have commercial or business litigation experience and be comfortable handling motion practice and case strategy. Mid-Level Litigation Attorney – HYBRID Responsibilities
• Prepare and conduct depositions, substantive hearings, evidentiary hearings, and trials
• Provide recommendations for resolving legal issues
• Handle cases at any stage of litigation from inception through post-trial
• Collaborate with the Litigation Partner on case strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Manage discovery and related deadlines
• Communicate with clients and provide status updates
• Timely and accurate completion of required administrative tasks
• Demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Effectively manage multiple clients and competing priorities
Mid-Level Litigation Attorney – HYBRID Qualifications
• Florida Bar License with eligibility to practice law in good standing is required
• 3+ years of business/commercial law experience is required
• Significant motion practice experience is required
• Experience conducting depositions and substantive hearings is required
• Comfortable using—or willing to learn—Apple products is required
