Why We Have This Role We seek an engineer to elevate our Machine Learning and AI R&D strategy, aiming to personalize the Qualtrics experience with ML and AI features, showcasing data as a core value and competitive edge. How You’ll Find Success Work in a supportive environment that fosters individual growth and achievement of team goals Collaborate with peers, prioritize features, and work with urgency to deliver value to customers Develop scalable, robust microservices for statistical analysis and ML model deployment Implement new features and optimize existing ones to enhance customer experience How You’ll Grow Implement, tune, and productize cutting-edge ML models in a rapidly expanding business Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for cleansing, anonymizing, measuring, and indexing complex data Key Responsibilities Collaborate with specialists, tech-ops, and product managers to incorporate feedback Lead design reviews, architectural discussions, and technical activities Participate in daily stand-ups, prioritize features, and deliver value efficiently Prototype and test solutions for large-scale problems swiftly Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 2-5 years of experience in ML engineering, with a strong track record in designing and deploying models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch Solid fundamentals in algorithms, complexity analysis, and performance optimization Experience with data preparation and manipulation for high-quality models Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# with object-oriented design skills Experience with large-scale ML systems and data modeling Team and Benefits The Insights Generation team focuses on delivering high-quality, accurate insights, leveraging diverse methodologies and data assets, including text and omnichannel data, to enhance insight quality.
