Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about building, training, and deploying models in an agentic platform environment. This role is highly technical, requiring end-to-end ownership of ML solutions and close collaboration with cross-functional teams across different time zones. You will work directly with internal stakeholders and clients to enhance existing data tools, build new functions, and integrate synthetic data APIs tailored to specific business needs. This is not an MLOps role — it is a pure engineering and model-building position.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and train ML models for production use across client projects.
• Build and extend features on our agentic platform, delivering end-to-end ML solutions.
• Enhance and customize existing data tools to meet client-specific requirements.
• Integrate synthetic data APIs and other external data solutions into core products.
• Collaborate effectively with India-based engineering teams, including some late evening meetings.
• Stay current with advancements in ML/AI and proactively apply them to improve our solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on coder in Python (or similar) for ML model development.
• Strong background in machine learning model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Experience with data APIs and integrating external data sources into ML workflows.
• Ability to adapt ML solutions to different client use cases in a flexible, scalable way.
• Willingness to accommodate occasional late-night calls with India-based colleagues.

Nice to Have

• Experience with synthetic data generation or synthetic data platforms.
• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms or end-to-end ML/AI frameworks.
• Exposure to enterprise data tool ecosystems.
