Provide technical guidance, participate in architectural and design discussions while empowering engineers on the team to make important technical decisions. Collaborate with Product Management on features requirements and with UX Designers on creating a delightful user experience for customers. Participate in organization-wide initiatives to create processes that improve engineering productivity and drive a culture of innovation.
