Job Description Biointron is an antibody services CRO seeking a client-facing, detail-oriented, self-starting Marketing Associate to join our fast-growing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associate will implement marketing initiatives and collaborate with the global marketing team and regional business development teams to support marketing campaigns and company objectives. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker capable of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals for marketing objectives.
Write and edit marketing materials, including campaign emails, event brochures, flyers, webpages, news releases, and social media posts.
Implement content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
Collaborate with design and R&D teams to produce high-quality content.
Optimize content for SEO and Google Analytics.
Distribute content through various channels to strengthen web presence.
Recommend website improvements to enhance SEO for target keywords.
Conduct ongoing keyword research and optimization.
Monitor and analyze competitor marketing activities, summarizing trends monthly.
Perform market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Create and manage marketing campaigns in Salesforce, tracking results and leads.
Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications Master's degree in marketing, science, biology, or immunology.
At least 2 years of marketing experience in life sciences, preferably in protein/antibody fields.
Previous experience as a marketing associate or similar role.
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including content marketing and social media.
Experience with SEO and Google Analytics is required.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Skills and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software.
Experience with SEO and Google Analytics.
Attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels during conferences, seminars, and expos.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
