This position is responsible for assisting the VP, Marketing Manager in developing and executing the Bank's brand strategy, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong project management skills and supports internal business channels through the coordination of marketing initiatives, social media management, design and production of marketing assets (print, digital, email, website), maintenance of project trackers, events, donations, sponsorships, social media calendar, preparation of meeting agendas and conference reports, and cross-functional collaboration. What Will Be Your Key Accountabilities? Project Management Support internal business units by coordinating marketing requests, campaign timelines, and deliverables. Open, manage, and track marketing project tickets through JIRA or equivalent project management platforms. Maintain and update project trackers, calendars, meeting agendas, and internal status reports. Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly marketing meetings by preparing conference notes, recaps, and follow-ups. Monitor and manage progress on multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social, events, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable marketing tasks. Track vendor deliverables and coordinate with third-party partners (e.g., print vendors, mail houses, ad networks). Coordinate cross-functional communication between marketing, compliance, sales, business development, and operations teams. Assist in organizing and executing internal marketing campaigns for new products, initiatives, and branch promotions. Contribute to strategy development by compiling market research, competitive analysis, forecasts, and post-campaign analytics. Maintain inventory and fulfill orders for event and branch marketing materials. Social Media Manage the Bank's social media channels (LinkedIn, , Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), including planning, scheduling, and publishing content via the CRM tool and separately (depending on the campaign). Own and maintain the monthly social media calendar in alignment with business objectives, product campaigns, and brand tone. Monitor channel performance and engagement; compile and analyze performance metrics monthly until the CRM tool is live. Stay informed of industry trends and platform updates to recommend content and format improvements. Coordinate paid social campaigns as needed, track ROI and audience engagement for sponsored content until the CRM tool is Live. Ensure all social media content is approved through compliance and properly archived per regulatory requirements. Source, capture, or commission creative assets (photos, videos, stories) for use in social media posts. Track competitors' social media presence and share trend insights and recommendations with the marketing team. Production Produce marketing materials across a wide range of formats: digital ads, email banners, flyers, postcards, brochures, print media, event signage, presentations, and social media graphics utilizing existing templates and specifications. Execute layout, typography, and visual hierarchy best practices to ensure polished, professional design work within the current brand guidelines. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and business units to interpret creative briefs and turn them into actionable design solutions for all internal projects and communications. Coordinate multiple rounds of revisions, incorporating stakeholder feedback and compliance edits while maintaining timelines. Prepare and deliver final production files optimized for both print and digital outputs (e.g., CMYK for offset, RGB for web, vector files for signage). Set up print-ready artwork including bleeds, crop marks, and resolution adjustments to meet vendor specifications. Source and manage imagery, stock photography, iconography, and fonts for creative use within brand standards. Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards where applicable (e.g., ADA compliance for PDFs or web images). Maintain and organize a centralized asset library (logos, templates, photography, design files) for team-wide access and reuse. Conduct periodic reviews of existing collateral to identify needed updates, brand alignment, or consolidation opportunities. Support event design production: step-and-repeat banners, table throws, event kits, and branded swag. What Are We All Doing? What Do You Bring to the Team? A list of job experiences and qualification requirements are great, but what is most important to us is humility, vulnerability, transparency, a performance-driven attitude, and a team-player approach. Additionally, you will bring: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or marketing specialist role; banking or financial services experience preferred. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). 3+ years of experience in creative production, with a strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite - specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Portfolio or current book required showcasing a range of both print and digital creative work. Can we capture in the interview? Not sure this is part of JD. Proficiency in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, including print, email, web, direct mail, and social media. Strong understanding of brand standards and visual identity systems, with the ability to creatively apply them across platforms. Working knowledge of HTML, email platforms and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot). Familiarity with CRM systems for segmentation, campaign tracking, and lead generation (e.g., Salesforce, Creatio). Experience using project management software, preferably JIRA, to manage creative workflows, timelines, and multi-stakeholder review cycles. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, communicate across departments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including content marketing, SEM/SEO, paid social, and audience targeting. Skilled in compiling and interpreting marketing analytics, including website performance, social media engagement, and campaign reporting using Google Analytics or similar tools. Experience with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and forecasting. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; ability to translate goals into actionable marketing initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present creative concepts, write marketing copy, and lead internal meetings. High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and Microsoft Teams. What Do We Have For You?
