Mgr, Engineering - EMS Applications (Hybrid)

- Support LCRA TSC's annual capital plan by allocating budget and resources. - Develop goals and track their progress - Handle the needs of customers and end users by developing roadmaps and strategies for implementing new tools and technologies - Plan for position promotions, personnel development, training, and career growth. - Support all compliance activities (CIP/EOP/FAC/TOP) for the team. - Mature existing processes to ensure constant improvement. You qualify with:
- Twelve years of experience in engineering including experience providing leadership in engineering or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in math, computer science, engineering, or related field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. - For Water Services, requires a Professional Engineer license in the State of Texas - Driver’s license
