A growing mid-sized law firm in Chicago is seeking a Mid to Senior Labor and Employment Attorney with traditional labor law experience to join its team.

Base pay range: $170,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Job Details

• The ideal candidate has 5+ years of substantive experience in traditional labor and employment law litigation in the private sector.
• Strong case management skills
• Experience coordinating matters in Illinois state and federal courts through all phases of litigation (pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, trial)
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently
• Previous Federal and State Court experience preferred
