Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment funds law. Experience with private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds. Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage client relationships. Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is located. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
