The Role:

Advise investors, portfolio companies, and management teams on private equity and M&A transactions, focusing on negotiating deal terms, structuring complex financings, and guiding recapitalizations to drive growth and value creation.

Ideal Background:

• 3–7 years of experience in private equity, M&A, LBOs, equity financings, and recapitalizations
• Strong commercial instincts with excellent professional judgment
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
• Experience in a large or national firm environment preferred
• Motivated to grow within a top-ranked private equity practice focused exclusively on the middle market
