Job Description
Teledyne Controls LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM & Government Sales Director to join our team. As a senior member of our customer-facing team, you will develop and execute strategies to increase demand for our avionic and SaaS solutions across government and Tier 1/2 OEM customers.
This role combines sales, business development, and program oversight. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in complex defense sales cycles, excellent relationship-building skills with government and OEM customers, and a proven track record of securing multi-million-dollar contracts with DoD and government aviation stakeholders. You will lead customer engagement, capture new opportunities, and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and lead sales strategies and business development efforts with government agencies and OEMs.
Build and maintain relationships with U.S. and foreign military/government and OEM customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to win and execute on key opportunities, including contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications :
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Minimum 10 years of experience in defense sales, working with avionic and aircraft systems programs for military/government accounts.
Proven success in managing large-scale DoD contracts.
Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and FAR/DFARS compliance.
Salary Range: $120,300.00 - $160,400.00
