JOB TITLE: Director, Media Investment DATE: 2025 DEPARTMENT: Media Investment REPORTS TO: Chief Media Investment Officer MAJOR PURPOSE: As a Director, Media Investment, you will provide investment leadership across direct buying channels including TV, Radio, OOH, Streaming channels and OTT. In this role, you will manage the media investment team to ensure a strategic approach and create synergies with our Marketing and Analytics teams to grow our clients’ businesses. We are seeking a leader who will bring an innovative approach to planning and buying, curiosity to identify new opportunities and an ability to achieve value through strong partner negotiations. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing development of omnichannel media strategies, collaborating closely with Marketing and Analytics teams to ensure that work is strategically aligned Overseeing the work of the Media Investment team, managing workflow and processes to ensure flawless media execution Building and fostering strong partnerships with relevant media partners, including the ability to constructively navigate negotiations and leverage cross-channel investments (i.e. linear broadcasters, CTV partners, ATV operators, etc.), as well as offering guidance on product roadmaps and agency wishlists Leveraging data & audience insights, as well as historical performance, to validate media investment strategies, inform tactical decisions, and exhibit ongoing willingness to optimize investments for campaign success A willingness to learn about and embrace media channels where you are less familiar/have less experience Providing thoughtful feedback to direct reports, using performance valuation and internal process improvement to develop and motivate talent Contributing to new business pitches by lending strategic expertise and high-level planning Staying up-to-date on the latest advanced video offerings in the marketplace spanning streaming and addressable TV Promoting a culture of shared learning and increasing visibility of media channel expertise within the agency Being a leader through strength and stability -- functioning as a point of escalation for clients and team members as needed Description: About Net Conversion: We're a data-obsessed marketing and analytics agency in downtown Orlando, driven by a relentless pursuit of 'more '—for our clients and ourselves. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Periods sitting at a desk and monitoring computer (we have ergonomic sit stand desks).
