Your Role & Responsibility Operation of sophisticated security infrastructures of our customers. Coordinating, planning, and implementing changes. Processing technical requests and faults. Quarterly assignment in our on-call team. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related courses. You have a technical education and experience with security solutions, preferably from Cisco/Palo Alto/F5. You have a valid Cisco CCNP or Palo Alto PCNSE certification and ITIL process knowledge. You have a strong service orientation, high independence, and personal responsibility. Good communication skills in an international environment.
