Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents related to Merge PACS, PowerScribe One/360, and Fuji Synapse.

Collaborate with SMEs and vendors for application issue resolution and migration clean-up.

Monitor and triage Imaging Informatics tickets throughout the day.

Provide regular updates to operational stakeholders on application health and issues.

Participate in team huddles and operational meetings to stay aligned with project goals.

Educational Qualifications

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Additional Details

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Chicago, IL (3 days/Week)
