PACS Imaging Analyst

Overview We are seeking an Imaging Analyst to manage technical incidents, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless operations across Imaging Informatics applications such as Merge PACS and PowerScribe. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents related to Merge PACS, PowerScribe One/360, and Fuji Synapse. Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to resolve application issues and support migration clean-up. Monitor and triage Imaging Informatics tickets throughout the day. Provide regular updates to operational stakeholders regarding application health and ongoing issues. Participate in team huddles and operational meetings to align with project goals. Experience 8+ years Location Chicago, IL (3 days/week onsite) Educational Qualifications Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certifications across multiple technologies are desirable. Skills Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience with Imaging Informatics systems such as PACS and PowerScribe. Strong troubleshooting skills within healthcare IT environments. Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and incident management. Ability to effectively coordinate with vendors and internal teams. Strong communication skills for stakeholder updates and collaboration. Good To Have Skills Knowledge of Epic and VNA workflows. Experience with healthcare data migration and clean-up activities. Understanding of HL7/DICOM standards. Exposure to operational reporting and analytics. Prior experience in KTLO (Keep the Lights On) support roles.
