POSITION SUMMARY: ISV/Hyperscalers Sales Professionals with a proven track record of exceeding quota in technology sales are invited to join Kore.ai. Our goal is to build an organization of visionary and ambitious ISV/OEM Account Directors worldwide who transform customer and employee experiences through technology partners who embed or integrate with Conversational AI. The ideal candidate will have experience in partnerships/business development or selling enterprise software to the Enterprise market or large Service Provider markets. The Partner Account Director is responsible for developing a designated territory and focusing on building and fostering ISV/Hyperscalers Microsoft partnerships throughout the technology adoption journey with Kore.ai. The individual should be passionate about technology and trends related to Conversational AI platform development and the automation of customer and employee engagement as they evangelize within their partner’s organization. Location: Seattle, WA Responsibilities Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets from sell-through and sell-with motions; accurate forecasting and territory planning Transform partner businesses while generating new revenue streams with Conversational AI and ML technology Generate new revenue in both new and existing ISVs who showcase Kore.ai capabilities across markets, apps, industries, and use cases Structure creative pricing and financial models to maximize revenue while driving long-term partner success Manage opportunities with Kore.ai sales teams and be the go-to expert for partners’ business and solutions in your territory Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Partner Enablement, Product Management, and Sales teams of Kore.ai and partners Forecast and report business, provide stakeholder updates, and conduct quarterly business reviews Account mapping and deal coordination for collaborative field sales from marketplace app listings Design, execute, and close on technical and GTM joint value partnership campaigns Advocate for and lead demand generation and awareness marketing with partners to reach territory goals Qualifications / Skills Required Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales, managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions Strong familiarity with technology platforms, AI and ML technology, contact center, and B2B cloud marketplace go-to-market Minimum 5+ years’ experience within the ISV/Hyperscalers Microsoft ecosystem Experience in AI process-based technology companies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Appian, Pega) Cross-functional mindset, comfortable with change and navigating ambiguity Accountable with urgency and ability to lead teams by influence Proven track record of quota and revenue overachievement Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills Bias to action with excellent time management and prioritization Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives Consultative sales skills with ability to articulate a clear ROI value proposition Ability to work with both business and technical leaders to build supportive partnerships Experience in forecasting and financial modeling for business cases Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and build programs Account planning and execution with strong time and priority management Proven ability to lead and assist in business case development with partners Willingness to travel up to 30% Candidates MUST currently reside in Seattle, WA to be considered for this role This role is an in-office, non-remote position Other Skills We’d Appreciate Passion and commitment for partner success Enthusiasm for AI technology and its impact on human productivity Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred Salary for this position ranges from $170,000 - $190,000 depending on professional experience and geographic location.
