Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm and a recognized leader in technology and life sciences law, is seeking junior to mid-level Patent Litigation Associates with 1 to 6 years of experience (law school class of 2019 to 2024 ONLY). Candidates will join high-tech and life sciences patent litigation practices across multiple offices. This is a unique opportunity to work with top-tier attorneys on cutting-edge matters.
]Key Responsibilities: Manage and support patent litigation cases from discovery through trial. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and briefs related to patent disputes. Work collaboratively with clients, experts, and internal teams on complex technology and life sciences issues. Participate in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations. Stay current with relevant patent law developments and industry trends. Qualifications: 1–6 years of patent litigation experience. Law school graduation between 2019 and 2024. Admission or eligibility to sit for or waive into the bar in the jurisdiction of the office applying to. Superior academic credentials and a stable professional background. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Background or degrees in technology or life sciences preferred but not required.
