Job Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution, including litigation and trial.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Represent clients in jury trials, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, medical professionals, and insurance adjusters.

Develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients’ best interests.

Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure successful case outcomes.

Qualifications

J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Maryland and in good standing with the state bar.

3-7 years of experience handling personal injury cases.

Proven jury trial experience with a strong litigation background.

Excellent negotiation, research, and written / oral communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment.
