Job Description Allstate Physical Security mitigates risk in the work environment and provides for a safe and secure workplace throughout the enterprise. The Physical Security Senior Consultant II is an advanced professional responsible for the management and administration of physical security systems and equipment across the Allstate enterprise, to include, but not limited to access control, CCTV/video recording systems, alarm and intelligence monitoring, and communication systems; providing guidance and leadership of the Enterprise Badging Team (vendor); and/or playing a lead role in managing complex and occasionally highly complex activities within the department, as well as designing, programming, and implementing tools used enterprise wide.
Key Responsibilities Influence and drive written standards and guidelines for security systems and equipment to ensure operability, reliability, and consistent application of security standards is maintained
Direct security bid specifications, including bid review, cost analysis, and providing guidance for approved proposals and installation
Influence vendor selection and manage vendor and contract expectations
Utilize system database reporting tools to create, modify and maintain customized security reports that meet company, client and regulatory reporting requirements and audits
Understand, comply and influence information security, privacy, auditing and sourcing and procurement requirements
Lead system-wide quality assurance practices
Lead system implementation, upgrades and operationalization initiatives
Use expertise to develop junior members of the team
Drive technical support and maintenance team priorities
Considered an expert in Physical Security solutions and best practices understanding and translating business requirements into solutions.
Provide 24x7 system incident triage and support
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience 3-5 years of progressive experience in a physical security systems integration or security technology/administrator role
Advanced technical, analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced knowledge and strong aptitude for physical security systems, applications and equipment/hardware
Advanced knowledge of networking, database architecture, reporting, personal computers, Windows, MS Office, and internet
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to drive business and security solutioning discussions and influence outcomes
Influencer with ability to multi-task, problem solve and lead cross-functional team initiatives
Ability to travel is required

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00 - 124,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
