Job Overview
We are seeking a new President Ardmore Roderick Infrastructure Services (ARIS) to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As the President ARIS , you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located in our Chicago, IL office and could have potential to be hybrid depending on the specific client, project and team needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the business unit with full P&L ownership and responsibility
Closely partner with the C-Suite and senior leadership team in defining and setting organizational vision, operational strategy and long-term plans for profitable company growth
Establish short and long-term operational and performance goals, which are aggressive, achievable and in line with the overall growth and profitability goals
Work with Market Sector Leaders to deliver the highest quality work, on time and on budget. Meet operating KPIs and financial P&L targets (revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow)
Evolve AR's management system. In partnership with the executive team and MSLs, ensure people, processes and technology can keep pace with a fast-growing, acquisitive company by continuously measuring and forecasting performance and implementing rapid management responses
Identify, prioritize, and drive operational improvements to increase year-over-year productivity, increase margins and improve working capital while driving best practices throughout the company's performance culture
Set and manage KPI’s and metrics to drive accountability and measure performance while maintaining strong governance
Formulate the strategy and expand AR’s market presence and relationships across key practice areas including transportation
Actively engage in recruiting, retention, training and mentoring high performers and upgrade where required
Build strong relationships in the market and establish strong brand recognition and partnerships around acquiring new clients and engagements, while growing and maintaining existing relationships that support partnerships to ensure client satisfaction
Evaluate, execute, and integrate acquisitions in partnership with the CEO and executive team
Instill a culture of performance excellence and individual accountability at all levels of the organization
Key leadership capabilities
Drives growth while managing efficiency in the short and long term
Manages large, diverse teams and builds consensus between technical disciplines
Serves as a strong leader, fostering a culture of accountability, rewards, and consequences
Achieves maximum productivity by implementing best practices for utilizing communication technology, automation, and various software applications
Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to make effective presentations to senior management and clients
Supports the overall success of the company by being a strong collaborator with other business units and geographies
Consistently exercises and demonstrates a sound Business Acumen
Required Qualifications
4-year degree in related field and 15 + years of broad and diversified experience within the Infrastructure Solutions industry
PE certification and ability to attain in other states
Proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects, from conception to completion, within budget and schedule constraints
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative and cost-effective solutions
Proven leader in client relationship management, strategic planning, strategic teaming and proposal strategy and negotiation
Ability to leverage your key contacts with private organizations and state and municipal agencies within the region and build a robust sales pipeline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
Have good to great organizational skills

Salary Range: $323,960-378,976,Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
