Overview Location: Redwood City, CA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a visionary Principal AI/ML Architect to lead the development of intelligent navigation systems for our robotic fulfilment solutions. If you have deep expertise in machine learning for navigation especially within the GreyMatter Multiagent Orchestration (MAO) Platform we want to hear from you. In this strategic role, you’ll define the technical roadmap, architect scalable decision-making systems, and integrate cutting-edge ML and reinforcement learning capabilities to orchestrate multi-agent robotic behaviour in dynamic environments. What You’ll Bring Core Expertise: Advanced knowledge of path planning, graph search algorithms, and optimization for multi-agent systems Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch Proven track record of deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments Strong grasp of MLOps: CI/CD pipelines, orchestration, and model monitoring Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python; familiarity with Erlang, Elixir, or other concurrency-first functional languages is a plus Solid understanding of concurrency, parallelism, and real-time systems Strong computer science fundamentals: algorithms, operating systems, networking, memory management, performance tuning Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes Knowledge of event-driven architectures Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Vertex AI Salary Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Ready to shape the future of intelligent robotics?
