Overview Principal Consultant (Agency Recruiter) - Data Center Operations - Miami, FL. This role sits within Harper Harrison, LHi Group's Built Environment brand, focusing on owning and growing the Data Center Operations market in a fast-expanding sector of tech infrastructure. The opportunity supports a network of nearly 100 colleagues across 4 US locations and leverages established client relationships and a warm network to deliver high-value recruitment solutions. Responsibilities Own and grow the Data Center Operations market in the built environment sector, with a blend of market mapping, proactive business development, and relationship building. Deliver high-value recruitment solutions to both new and established clients, leveraging existing client relationships and the Harper Harrison and LHi brands. Develop and execute strategies to meet client demand across data center facilities, operations, and leadership roles within mission-critical infrastructure.
