Job Description Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
Provide market insights and trends to clients to enhance their hiring strategies.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and candidate placements in the CRM system.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up.
Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

The Successful Applicant A successful Principal Consultant should have:
A solid understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
Proven expertise in recruitment or a related field within the business services industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
